I ordered 2 different swing bags and both were to be delivered on the same day. I only received 1 bag along with an item I did not order. I immediately contacted Titan and explained what happened. I had to send a picture of the wrong item and then had to wait over 8 days until it was "reviewed" and then had to wait for the correct item to be shipped. Called customer service 3 times to find out why it was taking so long when it was obvious by the picture I sent that I didn't receive 1of the items I purchased.
