The sled box showed up obliterated and the item was heavily damaged. I returned the item. Customer service was awesome, they get a 10/10!!!
Although you may blame this on FedEx, it is partly Titan’s fault as the item is too heavy for the packaging it was sent in. You need a much bigger box with additional padding to send something of that weight. Please reevaluate the packaging of heavy items.
