Products came will packaged and when described. Though, I am a bit disappointed by some of the workmanship. The leg rest is definitely angled so that when you are doing like extensions the right leg starts further forward (more anterior) then the left. I will reach out to customer service and see what they have to say. Hopefully we get a solution.
