Terrible experience.
Order lost and has not arrived. I've contacted the shipping agency, called and emailed Titan at least a dozen times, spent at least a few hours on the phone.
It's been 3 weeks with no resolution. Difficulty contacting Titan. Difficulty resolving the issue. Still have not received the item I ordered. Customer service is terrible. Next step is to report Titan to my credit card company for not fulfilling the transaction.
