I made a purchase on Cyber Monday figuring the best deals would be offered then, especially given the countdown timer on the Titan site. Two days after I ordered, a better sale was presented. My order had not even shipped yet, so I called customer support and asked if they could price-match to the new lower price. I even asked if I could just get site credit because I was planning on buying additional items in the future. I told no and I thus proceeded to try and cancel my order so I could repurchase it at the lower price. I was then told they could not do that because my payment had already been processed. I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor to get more clarity and see if they had the authority to make an override. No supervisor was available and I was told I would be called back within 24 hours. I have yet to receive a call-back and I have tried calling multiple times to try and get this adjusted. I am continually put on the call-back list and never receive a call. Being that Titan is trying to build loyalty and get repeat customers, their customer service policies seem to lacking and there is a huge disconnect with their marketing and pricing teams.
