I ordered the short pulley by accident. I notified y’all within 5 minutes of ordering, that I would like to cancel it. I sent multiple emails, with no response. When I finally got a response later, it was to inform me that the item usually ships the next business day so it can’t be cancelled, the item did not ship untill 5 days after I placed the order that I tried to cancel. Now that it’s delivered and if I want to return it, I have to pay a $50 shipping fee. All this could have been avoided if the ordered would have just been canceled within the week it took to ship.
