I have made several purchases over the past few weeks. Generally, the experience has been good except there can be issues with the WEB based purchasing interface. One issue is that the site rejects my address and I can't complete the purchase without calling a sales agent. This has cost me the ability to buy flash sales items because you need to call sales during normal business hours and some sales last only over the weekend. The second issue is that inventory is not always up to date, thus I managed to purchase an item at a great price only to have the order canceled. My first attempt with customer service was pleasant but the agent was unable to sort out fixing my order. A second call revealed that inventory management was inflexible, that minor changes to my order could solve the inventory issue, and an order could be processed. Otherwise, the products (X2 power cage) are nice, the welds looked good to me, the powder coat is good, and shipping was fast. All my interactions with human beings have been pleasant, although not always fruitful. I would give a higher rating if Titan could fix the software and empower customer service more discretion in fixing problems.
