I purchased the X3 power rack several weeks ago now and have had issues from day 1. First of all my package arrived late and was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone. When I received the rack I was surprised to see the posts were multiple different colors (not what was ordered obviously). I do not want to disassemble the rack at this point and ship it back as it was purchased as a gift for someone who is actively using it despite the cosmetic defects (also not looking to return considering how long shipping took). I have been in “contact” with Titan’s customer service for the past several weeks and have barely made any progress. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner whatsoever. Even when they do, I’m told they have to reach out to supervisors who do not respond to them.
I finally received word that Titan would grant me 5% off on my NEXT purchase, which not only is essentially nothing, but would require me spending more money at a company that I no longer have interest in doing business with. It is not what I’m looking for however it’s been impossible to get ahold of someone who can help me out and give me a straightforward response.
The product itself appears to be good quality, so it’s a shame that Titan’s customer service is so poor. I am at the point of just returning the rack entirely and spending my money at a company that runs efficiently and knows how to treat its customers.
