Shady business practices, terrible customer service that's not based in the USA. I ordered a weight belt for my son as a Christmas gift. It was the wrong size. I called customer service at the earliest possible opportunity (12/27 as they were closed on 12/26) and was told I could not exchange the belt, but to order a new one and I could return the old one, pay shipping and get a refund. Regretfully, I believed they were going to do what they said, so I placed a second order. I was also asked to send a picture assuring the item was unused and in its original packaging, which I did. 2 days later I get an email telling me that I am outside their 30 day return window and they will not refund the original belt. The lesson here is don't buy Christmas gifts from this place on Black Friday, and don't trust their shady, bait and switch business practice.
