The product arrived with a key part broken, so the product is unusable. This is heavy material and the packaging was not as robust as needed.There's no printed manual in the box. You have to find it and print it yourself off the website. The item seems to be well designed, but I haven't been able to use it since parts are busted. Still waiting for warranty service several days after contacting the company.
