I placed an order of pull up bar (final sale) online and item arrived with the main component which is the bar missing. I have called customer service 3 times and each time I was told there’s nothing they can do and will I please hold while they transfer me to “a product specialist” and the holds are each time hour long. I was told to leave a number for them to call me back, which they never did (there was one call from them, presumably the “call back”, that I answered which they promptly hung up on). I am so far approaching 3 hours on hold time and yet still no resolution whatsoever. I question whether the so called “product specialist” actually exists since it’s quite inconceivable that phone holds are never answered after hours during normal business hours on a weekday and the call back is a sham.
As of now I’m still on hold over the phone, time stamp at half an hour. Zero resolution and zero answer and a complete waste of time.
