This was my first less than stellar transaction with Titan fitness. My order was given one tracking number and from the time the first piece arrived until the last piece of the order arrived it was probably 2 weeks. I called customer service and let them know about the order being broken up and they were able to tell me when the pieces would arrive. Eventually it all got to me but I would hardly call it in a timely fashion.
