Or making difficult with sounding helpful to return damaged dumbbells offering 5 percent off for damage item arrived with no box all marked up I shouldn’t have to pay for packing and pick up it arrived with no box 5 % is an insult for all mark up goods I thought 20% was more right at this point I want replacement but I should not have to pay for box or pick up I give -10 rating
