1) Instructions for assembly are poor. I am not sure if anyone actually went through the procedure as they wrote the document. Several steps had to be repeated due to incorrect instructions, ie tighten down now only to have to be loosened for the next step.
2) A part was not functional and I am still attempting to get a new one. Several emails back and forth along with pictures. Please just send a new one.
