The horizontal weight plate storage product came without all the washers needed for assembly. Also, the referenced online assembly instructions were incorrect.
Product support gave me a credit to purchase the missing washers locally. They could not provide the correct assembly instructions. Apparently, not available.
Finally, the packaging included a large amount of styrofoam, which is not recyclable. Stressful to be part of such environmental damage.
