Shipment arrived quickly and box was completely intact. Product was packaged nicely; HOWEVER, I RECEIVED 2 IDENTICAL PACKAGES OF BOLT HARDWARE AND NO WASHERS / NUTS.
Not sure how that gets past QC and if one goes out that way; how many others have the wrong parts.
Seems to be a common complaint in the reviews!
