You shipped me a broken product. I was on hold with your customer service for 90 minutes just for you to tell me that you'd send me an email. I responded to that email with pictures of the broken product five minutes after I received it. After over a week, you still haven't responded to my email or made any effort to fix my problem as a customer. We're three weeks post-order and I still have a broken hunk of scrap metal sitting in my gym. What you DID manage to find the time to do is send me an email asking to leave you a review, so here we are! I'll never order another piece of Titan equipment in our ten gyms for the rest of my life.
