Unfortunately all rack accessories only fit with your specific equipment. This means a person either has to invest only in Titan equipment or never purchase from Titan. Locking a customer into only purchasing your equipment just does not make sense from a customer service perspective.
Not to mention email correspondence is slow and difficult when you have an issue.
