I love you guys but…. This time… you sent me the wrong item (60lb Kettlebell instead of 60lb slam ball)(I ordered 4 large weight slam balls in total but you sent 3 and a kettlebell) BUT… after I spoke to customer service it took four days for anyone to respond with a solution. That solution was to send me a shipping label and have me return the 60 kettlebell to a FedEx location myself. Not cool. Not sure why I am getting inconvenienced for a mistake that Titan made. I have friends that have ordered items larger than the slam balls that never had to return the mistaken item. You just sent a new item and told them to keep or donate the other item. I’m fine with returning the kettle bell as I do not need it. However, you should have FedEx come and get it from me instead of making me do the legwork. Kettlebells are cheap to manufacture, and now this kettlebell is going to cost you more money in shipping than it cost to manufacture the item. Just a silly false economy.
