Customer service is terrible. I requested they honor their prior sales price (expired for about 3 days) which they did not. After purchasing the product, BUT BEFORE DELIVERY, I received notification that the product I purchased was on sale again for a price 10% below the sales price I was asking them to honor. I again requested an adjustment, but never heard from them. Coincidentally, today (less than 1 week since the product was finally delivered) I received another notice that this product is again on sale for the price I asked them to honor.
When my product was delivered, the box had obvious damage-- one end had been torn open and re-closed with packaging tape. The nuts and bolts package inside was open with the bolts loose--luckily, all were there. The product itself appeared scratched in a manner as if it was a prior return. Due to my experience with customer service, I have not even bothered to notify them or send the photos of the damage.
Their free shipping is worth exactly what I paid for it. I am unhappy with the lack of response from customer service--to the point I likely will not purchase from Titan again. I will tell anyone who asks about their sales tactics. As to the product, aside from the fact it appears to have prior use, I have no opinion as yet.
