After being shipped a defective product (T3 roller j cups), I have been lied to again and again by Titan Fitness on my issue being reviewed and addressed. 24-48 hours is the usual lie, when it's weeks after my order and I know nothing more than I did the first day I reported the issue on how this will be rectified. Now they won't return my calls. Getting in touch with someone is like pulling teeth, and by chance that you do, they act like they don't know their own products (I suspect it's not an act though).
The worst mistake of my life has been purchasing the T3 Short Squat Stand in early January 2023 to finally get my home gym underway. The problem being that if I have this kind of problem replacing a measly j hook that costs nothing in the grand scheme of things, what's going to happen when I buy the half rack conversion, and a whole slew of other things that I intended to buy to support my new T3 rack/hobby. I'm actually baffled by the customer service that I'm receiving. I can't believe a company thinks they can get away with service this poor in 2023. I almost feel that they're playing a game with me and laughing at my bad decision to buy from them. It will eventually be the downfall of this business guaranteed.
