I don't get the impression that Titan takes a lot of pride in what it sells. The only part of the customer experience that they appear concerned with are shipping updates. I ordered a pair of adjustable kettlebells (12kg-32kg). The boxes arrived very mangled, missing tools, and the kettlebell scratched in a few spots. I realize that it is difficult to ship a 32kg weight in pristine order, but I am sure they have done this in the past and my experience cannot be the first. Titan also paints its adjustable kettlebell: the exterior is finished red, and the internal weights have some kind of black paint. They paint they chose is poorly suited to the purpose, as it flakes of daily (both the red and the black). I am constantly having to sweep up paint chips and dispose of them. Also the paint can bond to itself, so the heavy weights painted black will frequently get stuck together. I have to wack them with a hammer to get them apart. The customer service is also pretty spotty. The customer service rep that I got only responded about once every 36 hours. The bells I bought went on sale shortly after I purchased them, so I asked her for a price match. She told me I had to contact a different customer service rep for price match inquiries. Apparently customer service at Titan likes to take a very "that's not my job" approach to customer service. If you are in the market for adjustable kettlebells, I would advice looking elsewhere.
