Ordering was already complicated because the website wouldn’t accept different shipping and billing addresses. So my credit card had 5 pending transactions. I called and the customer service guy was great and got my order placed easily. Item came quickly but then it didn’t have all the correct screws to put it together. I sent them a message and have yet to receive a response a week later. I was able to make the screw they sent work but it would have been better if the correct screws had came.
