To be fair previous orders were much better. This order however I am very disappointed in. I ordered a more expensive squat bar from Titan because I am hoping the quality and durability hold up in my gym.
The squat bar has two screw in pegs, one of which is not threaded correctly and will not screw into the bar. Simple fix right? Just send me one that works. Nope, I have been bogged down with customer service(or lack thereof) for over a week now and have not made any progress in the 'fix" for this item
