The box arrived with the corner pretty mushed in and damaged. Which led to some scratches and scuffs on the machine. Cosmetic damage only. Did not compromise the functionality. The insert for the back rest does not move freely. It is very hard to adjust. I sent Titan a video. Apparently it’s a quality control issue and I was not thrilled with their reply but still going back and forth with it. Aside from being a nightmare to adjust the back rest. The leg curl / extension is not compromised. As far as what the machine is intended for. I was pleasantly surprised. I am able to get a very good burn and muscle activation from the machine. These lever machines get a lot of hate as far as the range of motion is concerned so I was apprehensive about that. I find it was better than I expected. As long as you adjust the starting position to compensate it’s much better than I expected.
