All of our equipment didn't show up that we ordered. We called the company about it and they said to "take it up with FedEx". Talk about passing the buck and not taking responsibility!
As a business owner I know it is up to THE PROVIDER of the product to take it up with Fed Ex... and not the RECEIVER of the product.
Titan shorted us the product we ordered and told us to take a hike. No refund. No attempt to make it right.
That's stealing.
