I pwna commercial gym. Currently there is a bench press in the middle of my gym with your logo on it, missing 4 pieces. I have spent roughly 6 hrs on hold over the past 10 days trying to resolve this issue. What happens when I call you might ask? I get put on hold. I am convinced that I am not being forwarded to a person, just put on hold. You should be embarrassed at how you are treating a customer that has spent these of thousands of dollars with you over the past 5 years. Do better, or you will put yourself out of business
