We received a scratched and used bar. It came with no clamps and had oil all over it. It was clear someone had returned it and Titan just sent it out again. Were we suppose to get clamps with the bar? The oil all over he bar had to be cleaned outside before we could bring it in. Very disappointing! Now that it’s all clean, it’s fine. But it’s disheartening that we were sent a weight bar in such poor condition.
