The Power Rack I received was with damage which must have happened during transport and delivery. The Trap Barbell I received had rust damage on the weld joints. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures. I provided the pictures promptly and have made multiple inquiries since sending the pictures but have not heard anything.
It is disappointing that Titan Fitness does not seem to be a company that stands behind their products. I should have taken my business to Rep Fitness or Rogue.
