My review is based more on titans customer service than their actual product. I'm sure if you get what you order everything will be fine but if there's a problem don't expect titan to do anything for you. In my case they messed up and sent me the wrong product altogether and then sold the product I actually wanted leaving me with no way of getting what I ordered for the price I paid. They had the bar I ordered for 15 dollars more than I paid but weren't even willing to comp me that to make up for their error and inconvenience of me now having to set up a return. They said I can just call FedEx and deal with it. Then I asked if they'd be willing to give me a discount on the bar I did receive to save us all the hassle of a return and they wouldn't do that either. After 5 phone calls and doing their best to keep it out of a managers hands we got nowhere with titan. All I wanted was the bar I ordered at the price I paid for the hassle of it all. Titan will split hairs over 15 dollars to have an unhappy customer and that is very unfortunate. At one point they even told me that if I kept the bar they sent, which they deemed more expensive, I would have to pay the difference for it. I actually had to show them damage on the bar they sent to get them to back track on it. Unbelievable! I'm in the process of building a home gym and I guess it's best to find out titan doesn't care about its customers over a $135 bar instead of a $2600 functional trainer. I would definitely not recommend them to anybody.
