The safety arms and j hooks where we'll packaged but the box my T2 rack came in was vly damaged and was very surprised that nothing was missing or damaged. I wouldn't blame titan for that though that would be more on the shipper. But maybe a sturdier box for your product so when FedEx, USPS or who ever process and deliveries your product they will have less optunity to damage any product in side. on a side note maybe a first responder or law enforcement discount but that's mainly because I'm always looking for a deal.
