I ordered the equipment on a Monday and it arrived by Wednesday, that had me impressed. The packaging was protected very well. The quality of the product is amazing, just what I was expecting. But!!! the only complain I have is that the Bolts and all the assembly equipment came in one bag all mixed up and took a while to figure out what was what according to the manual. Had to separate all the bolts and measure them to know which one was the exact one to use, not very helpful. Another thing was the manual, you could barely see the printed numbers and instructions, as if the printer really didn’t work properly. I know you could get the manual online, but I expected a good manual at least, had to see a youtube video and guessing some of the instructions because it wasn’t clear. Had a hard time with the instructions and steps. Other than that, the machine is awesome !!!! you guys killed it 💪🏼
