Very upset ! Item was delivered in poor packaging.
I don’t think I will order again. I received a similar item from a different vendor in excellent condition , coming from Washington state. It took longer to get but in excellent condition. Your items are shipped from PA. and looks like they came from overseas all beat up .
I have ordered other items that came in goods package conditions but it seems that either your shipping department doesn’t package the items correctly or your shipping carrier treats your item like trash .
