After 30+ purchases from titan I was so put off by this experience that I will never purchase from titan again for my commercial gym, nor recommend them to clients. Their antiquated rigid returns policy and lack of loyalty to customers is astonishing for an American based business. Rogue costs more but treats customers much better and stands behind products without penalizing customers with a massive "restocking fee"!
