Second time ordering. Both times I’ve had issues. First time i received rusted equipment. This time i had a delivery and parts were missing. More than a week later i do not have the missing parts. Losing faith in the entire fitness equipment industry completely. Not many company’s left you can trust to send you the correct product with the correct parts and no damage. Very unfortunate.
