Ordered a Titan Leg Extension and Curl Machine on 3/17. Product arrived in a non-damaged box on 3/22. Upon beginning assembly, product was missing a few pieces from the blister pack, (washers mainly) but piece #17 is wrong. It is supposed to have a hole drilled into the end for the purposes of attaching it and the piece we got does not. I reached out on Thursday 3/24 morning and was informed that I'd get an email regarding what would happen next. Still have not heard back other than the automated email I got that said you guys were fielding a bunch of calls. No doubt.
1) Customers don't care that you are busy. NEVER tell a customer YOUR problems.
2) This is the 3rd Titan product I've gotten that was not right/defective.
Ordered an incline bench back in December and one of the screw holes was completely bent, so only 3 out of 4 screws can be secured. We 'made-due' because we don't like to be 'that customer'. Bench is obviously a little wobbly.
Cable pulley was missing bolts as well for installation, but we went to Lowes and got what we needed.
THREE products ALL missing needed parts!
We just have a 'small' home gym, but between the three products we have invested $1155.57 with Titan, and I truly do demand better customer service. Please resolve my issue as if it were urgent.
