1) The apparatus is smaller than expected (I'm 6.1' and the depth needed to achieve the release of the weights is impractical).
2) the hooks to keep the two parts together are small. The vibrations from training will make the hooks fall off.
Overall, I feel like this is a ploy to purchase the extenders.
