I like the equipment, but I received my bar at a 15% discount and then got a notice for the same bar at $50 off, which was a better deal. Three things...
1. Your marketing AI should be able to reference the fact that I already ordered the product and not send me a better deal a day AFTER I received the product at a lesser discount.
2. When this happens, you should reach out indicating that you will refund the difference and honor the lesser discount.
3. I did reach out to customer service explaining my position and have not received a response. You should respond.
