Very Good products at reasonable prices. However, shipping delays were not acceptable and products that arrived displayed heavily damaged packaging.
What appeared to be outsourced customer service was a challenge and I did not receive the guidance that I needed to return a damaged product that I received. I was told to return the product in the box/package that I received. However, I explained that the 75 LB dum bell did not arrive in a package and was unsure how to return it with the paper shipping label that I received.
