When the item was received there were no instructions, the link on the website was down and item had rust marks on the edges.
Unrelated but specific to customer service — the item was not canceled despite me contacting them timely to do so. Despite this being the company’s error, they stated they could not cancel the order and would charge me a restocking fee. The item went on sale a few days later and was told they would not refund honor the price despite my item still being in transit and them failing to cancel my order.
