Happy with the item I purchased. It arrived on time and was what I expected. Not quite as satisfied with the response from your customer service online system. I reached out before the purchase because I saw that your customer loyalty point program went away and wanted to know if I could get any other perks as I have made numerous purchases in the past. Not only did I not get a response, but the items i purchased went on sale days after my purchase. Very disappointing.
