I expect Titan products to not be the same quality as other brands in the home fitness space, but I depend on them to actually work.
The holes for the pull-up bar set I received were improperly drilled on both of the mounting arms causing the bar to not slide through straight.
Rather than deal with shipping the item back, since I already disposed of the box, I had to redrill the holes in order to let the bar slide through properly.
I will definitely think twice before ordering a Titan product again.
