Purchased equipment from Titan which said it will fit my t3 rack. Only to find out that it won't work with my rack because it is an older t3. They will not honor a return, but I have to pay for shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. Even though each item clearly says will work with t3 rack and I confirmed with only chat prior to purchasing. Sent pictures of my issues as soon as the equipment arrived. Initially customer service told me they would not even accept a return because it was over 30 days, which it was not! Then to make matters worse the rack extension that was purchased took over 3 weeks to arrive because it was back ordered, but customer service told me I only have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return. If you are not able to jump on the equipment right away and something is wrong, too bad. It should be from the date of arrival, not the date of purchase. PLUS you have to keep all the original packing. Complete zoo. I have ordered a lot from titan in the past, but this will be the last time. They need to stand behind their products, online descriptions, and make things right.
