I had received my order and it was missing the hardware. I reached out to customer service and just asked if they could send me the hardware and it wasn’t a big deal… I have a private facility where I train college and professional athletes and I have been using Titan fitness exclusively for the last five years…. After asking for the hardware I get a response that I should go get the hardware myself and send an invoice… again I’m a busy person and don’t feel like I should be responsible to get something you had forgot to send. At that point I just asked if I could send it back and get a refund, in which I got an email saying I can do that but I have to pay for shipping. So after all this you guys want to get petty and make me pay for stuff due to your mistakes….. after explaining this to them and being upset and messaging Austin speak directly do I get any type of reasonable response if they will send a new one. At this point I’m done with Titan fitness they don’t care about their customers. Hell I even tried to partner with Titan and have my athletes give them shoutouts and such and got no response. I’ll be going to either rep or rogue at this point. I pray Titan can get their materials back up to par and quit using cheap pinch welds and such. And they can fix their customer service.
