The X3 Series Short Squat Rack did not come with the necessary parts to assemble it. It came with a totally different set of hardware to assemble it. As a result, I needed to email customer service to get replacement parts. It took three days for them to get back to me at which point Roxxan was very nice and created a label to send the parts I needed. There was then a hiccup with that as it was never given to Fedex. I gave the benefit of the doubt in that things are sometimes crazy with the mail these days. My order arrived on the April 19th and I sent my request for new parts that day. I did not hear back until and get confirmation of the replacement parts until April 21st. It was not put into the mail so I inquired on April 28th and finally got the parts May 4th.
