Any other company has a better return policy. I have bought many items form Titan and had planned to buy more but after my recent experience. I will not be buying from titan again. I think you have good products and I love them. But, If once has to pay return shipping and then a 20% restocking fee. I will take my business elsewhere. And customer service I spoke to Esther and she was terrible - had to have all these pictures and then wanted more pictures. Too many hoops for good service. I will now suffer a loss on buying these j hooks which on your website you never tell the diameter of the post - so no one knows if they are going to fit their power cage till you get them and you are basically screwed if they don't work.
