The product came in pristine condition thanks to copious amounts of bubble wrap and styrofoam (REMEMBER THIS DETAIL). However, assembly instructions were not included and the QR link didn't work, so I had to go and ask customer service for the PDF. I was told that this was intentional to lower carbon emissions. A mountain of styrofoam and bubble wrap is fine (and I am not complaining about that security), but a piece of paper with instructions is too much? Seriously? I like the bar, but I did not appreciate the corporate nonsense.
