Product was nice, but I called and they could not stop my order when I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I caught the error on the same day and it was still multiple days before the product war shipped out. Wish they could've just amended my order or attempt to fix the situation. I would be more understanding if I found out my error after the product shipped, but this was the same day and I contacted customer support. Wasn't worth going through the return process. Was a pain overall. I regret this experience and would buy something more expensive with better service next time.
