I called inside of an hour, to cancel my order as I ordered the wrong item, and they were unwilling to cancel the order. To be fair, they did follow-up consistently after I provided a 1-Star rating to offer me a return for a 20% restocking fee. It felt a bit like outsourced Customer Service as they had no ability to connect in a timely fashion with the fulfillmeint team. As an executve of an organization with a large CS team, it's easy to follow the rules and tell someone why you can't do something. Makng customers happy is a 5-Star experience.
