Once again (for the 4th-5th time), my item arrived damaged and I had to file a (successful) claim with Route. While transit is indeed the responsibility of the carrier and not necessarily Titan, I'm not given any alternative shipping options (I would gladly pay an extra $10-15 to choose a different carrier), and time and again I have to file return/replacement claims for any large item I order because FedEx is mediocre. In my opinion, when an understandable "mishap" in transit becomes the norm, it IS Titan's responsibility.
